Nashik Cab Center is a platform to book cab online for customers for travelling cab services. We provide a cab with driver for one city to another city or within a city with ac facility. We provide cab conformation details within 30 min of journey time on customers mobile via text massage / whatsapp massage.
If we ate unable to provide cab in that case we will refund 100 % booking amount to customers within 24 hours.
We are not responsible for miss of any train , flight , of customers, you will schedule to plan your journey to considor of road traffic and etc.
Driver will stop vehiche for filling of cng and lunch for any time of journey it may time for 30 min or more.
Smoking, drinking and sleeping on front seat will not allowed in vehicle. Customer will must use seatbelt while travelling. Pets are not allowed in the cab.
Toll tax, State tax, (other state Border tax) will paid by you as per actual this charges are not included in booking amount.
Airport entry charges are not included in booking amount you will pay this charges as actual
Ac will be closed on hill areas
If driver reported us from pickup point that customers will not contactable from 30 min that case booking was considered cancelled and no refund will get.
Do not force driver for overspeeding. One pickup and one drop is include in booking extra pickup/drop will charg Rs 250 extra per pickup/drop.
We can change terms and condition any time it would be effect as actuals 24x7.
If you take cab services from us if will considor that you are agreed out terms and condition.
Balance amount need to pay driver before beginning journey. You will not allowed for cab for illegal activity, you will responsible for this. We are not responsible for any kind of dispute related to customers and drivers and venders however if required the jurisdiction any kind of dispute with nashik cab center would be Nashik district court only.
Refund and cancellation policy
You can cancel your booking before 15 day of journey by whatsapp or text massage us from your registered mobile number to 9146202021.
If you cancel before 15 day of journey you will get 90% of your booking amount.
If you cancel before 7 to 14 day of journey you will get 50% of your booking amount.
If you cancel before 4 to 7 day of journey you will get 30% of your booking amount.
If you cancel before 3 day uou will not get any refund
Please Note : - 5% Bank gateway charges will be deducted extra from your refund amount
